Your assistance with the initial planning and then helping to sort out our pre arrival problems was greatly appreciated and I was certainly impressed by the way we were looked after in Nepal. From the moment we reached Kathmandu airport until the moment we left for home we felt as if we were part of your extended family and our guide, Jhamka, and his team were fantastic. His concern for our well being and the lengths he went to in order to ensure our comfort cannot be faulted. The trek itself was a wonderful experience and the care Jhamka took with our acclimatisation ensured that we completed it without difficulty. It was notable that, despite the additional cost involved, we were always provided with the best accommodation available and I could not fail to be impressed by an approach which put the comfort of the client before profit.
