From even before we got to Nepal and were planning our trip, you were very helpful in helping us organise our trip and was very professional and efficient in answering our questions and emails. As a result, the trip run very smoothly and was a success. We would especially like to give thanks to our guide Shyam. He was very professional, friendly and was a joy to be with during our holiday. He was very attentive and helpful, and full of interesting information and the different areas and their cultures. He also made sure I had a very special birthday and planned a surprise birthday cake for me on my birthday. He was a great guide!
