Veggies are chlorinated and cleaned well and it’s relatively safe to eat out in most tourist areas in the ancient valley. We have well trained cooks on our payrolls who are culinary experts in different cuisines ranging from Chinese, European/American to Nepali, Indian and Tibetan. They know the importance of hygienic preparation for making great healthy meals, especially when you are on the mountains.
