The complete service provided by you tem while in Nepal was great. I had been concerned that I may feel isolated as single trekker, but just me and my guide/porter worked fantasticly. Hari ensured on my 8 days trek that I was always excellently – looked after, from securing the best rooms to ensuring I had safe water to drink or that I was physically ok when we were on the hardest parts of the walk. When talking to others trekkers (who had booked with other companies) I realized just how great Hari was and how lucky I was that he was with me as a guide. He also organized an excellent trip to Chitwan for me. They have been fantastic from booking efficiency through to arrival at Kathmandu airport. The trek was great and helps with leaving Nepal with our things. Raj was a great guide and added a personal touch to everything we saw and did. He always endowed. We were comfortable and happy and allowed us to change our plan schedule to fit in a bit more trekking. We always felt safe and Raj took responsibility for everything through out our 8 days in the Everest Region. Everything was handled perfectly from the airport pickup and hotel stay in Kathmandu, to the emergency helicopter evacuation of one friend who became ill, to the hospitality and expertise of Jeevan and his two assistant guides, adapting to a change of route because of the snow level that prevented our crossing Renjola Pass, and ensuring that we all were safe and happy throughout the trek.
