Tilicho peak is a little bit hard to climb than the other mountains having height of the around 7000m. The way to this mountain climbing has two ways up to it’s base camp. One way goes via Marshyangdi valley route and another way goes via Kaligandaki valley route. If the teams go through Kaligandaki valley then it is very hard to cross the Messocanto pass, which is situated at 5300m.altitude From the top of this Messokanto pass, the tranquil view of Tilicho lake can be seen.

The base camp is located near the Tilicho Lake at 4800m high. It takes a few days rest for acclimatization at this base camp. The camp 1 at 5800m is located on a long way distance through the ridges of the mountain. It is little bit hard times to reach and climb on the camp 1. From there also the panoramic view of Tilicho lake down below can be seen.

Camp 2 is located at high of approximately 6200m and way is more difficult to reach at this point. We should use the fixed rope on the way to reach camp 2. The elevation is about 40 Degree’s slope. From camp 2, the way directly goes to the Top of the Tilicho pea; and the climbing is little bit hard with an elevation of 60 degree up towards the top Tilicho peak. Some times there are chances of avalanche, so team should be careful at this time to go ahead climbing. By end of reaching on the top the ridge is little bit difficult to climb.

We have just returned from a trek around the Annapurna circuit. It was an exhausting, yet fulfilling trek. The guide, Ram & Chandra, the porter have both been very helpful and great, ever in circumstances which they may choose not to be involved. We are most graceful to them. Unique Path is greatly recommended!!!!

Dear Babu, We would like to thank you for your marvellous organisation which ensured that our Annapurna Sanctuary trek (Sept 2011) went smoothly. Shonam was a great guide and Mr Ali always raced ahead to ensure that we could get the best rooms in the guest house. They were both very professional, going out of their way to please us and giving great advice on the best meals to have and how to approach the walk to minimise altitude sickness. Despite the weather being not as good as we hoped the trek itself was still a wonderful experience thanks to your company. We would have no hesitation in recommending Unique Path Trekking and hopefully we will do another trip with you in the near future. Regards

Dear Babu “I just wanted to pass on my apprecialtion for the wonderful trek you planned for us and the excellent work done throughout the trek by Jeevan Ale. Everything was scheduled out very well but Jeevan kept us on track to complete the trek in the time allotted. He kept us moving, provided excellent service and interaction with the various guest houses, shared a wealth of knowledge of the area and culture, and did so in a fun and respectful manner. We were all impressed with his ability to lead us but all the while doing so in a way that made us feel we were setting the pace. In reality, we could not have done nor seen nor done near as much as we would had he not been there. I am sure you are aware of what a valued asset Jeevan is to Unique Path Trekking but wanted to express my appreciation as well. I am glad my friends recommended Unique Path Trekking to me and will continue to pass that information on to others in the furture. I also thank you for your day to day responses to my neverending questions and your professional approach to pulling this together for us. Here is to continued success in the future!” Respectfully,

Dear Babu, “Now we are back in London from our Nepal holiday, we would like to say thank you for the service which you and Shyam have provided us during our trip. From even before we got to Nepal and were planning our trip, you were very helpful in helping us organise our trip and was very professional and efficient in answering our questions and emails. As a result, the trip run very smoothly and was a success. We would especially like to give thanks to our guide Shyam. He was very professional, friendly and was a joy to be with during our holiday. He was very attentive and helpful, and full of interesting information and the different areas and their cultures. He also made sure I had a very special birthday and planned a surprise birthday cake for me on my birthday. He was a great guide! We will certainly recommend Unique Path to any of our friends who are going to Nepal, as without you guys, it would not been so lovely. We will definitely see you again when we return to Nepal in the future. Thank you
