The safety and the well being of our groups are of paramount importance to us. All of our trips are led by qualified professional guides, who are well trained by our Government. Our job is to ensure your comfort and safety as we take you where you want to go. Prior to your trip, we send clear, concise information relevant to traveler's health, the locale, climate, food, etc. Your worries abut trekking to high altitudes can be put to rest as our guides are trained in mountain safety and first aid. We design our tours to ensure our clients are acclimatized, and can arrange alternative itineraries for those at risk

We are in constant communication with our field offices and monitor all aspects of government policy and weather that might affect your trip. You can rest assured that Unique Path has one of the best safety nets anywhere. We are on-call 24 hours a day and in case of any emergency helicopter rescue is available. We give foremost consideration to your health and comfort. For this purpose, we carefully take care of hygiene, cuisine, and provide the most suitable equipment and gear.

We offer a wide variety of different treks, tours and adventure trips to suit both novices and experienced travelers. Whether you have two days or two months to spend in the Himalayas, we can tailor your itineraries to suit your needs and desires. We take clients to unspoiled areas with the ever present, panoramic Himalayan peaks in the background. The narrow mountain paths take you through dense forests, lush valleys and quaint villages where the natives are very friendly and tend to regard guests as deities.

Annually, 10% of our net profits are earmarked for reforestation efforts and educational programs in the countryside villages. Our Guides

We believe that our incredible guides and staff are the foundation of our programs. All of our guides are highly skilled professionals who have been selected based on their technical proficiency, proven safety records, careful judgment, patient and supportive teaching styles and great personalities.
Because of Unique Path’s large staff, we can provide you with a guide native to the area of your trek. Our mountaineering, trekking, & cultural guides are the best in their respective field. To make your vacation a more memorable one, our staff will share with you interesting facts not only about the Himalayas, but about the culture, history and religion of the area as well. Our guides are trained by the Nepal Mountaineering Association, the Ministry of Tourism and at the High Altitude Medical Training Center. Our guides are very experienced in dealing with the effects of higher altitudes and since they are natives of Nepal, they easily acclimatize and therefore can better care for their clients. They are equipped with necessary medical supplies and can assist you with basic first aid treatment.

Cooks (Chefs) and Helpers

Our field staff play an important role in the success of your adventure. They are well trained and experienced to provide you with a variety of food as per your request. We can accommodate clients who desire meals that they are familiar with as well as catering to those with a more adventurous palate. Our chefs and kitchen staff pay strict attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene in order to rid our clients of any health concerns.

Food

All our cooks are very well trained and specialize in preparing a wide variety of different cuisines such as Chinese, European/American, Nepali, Indian and Tibetan. The delicious meals will be prepared in a very hygienic manner by our trained Chefs. We use both local supplies and imported foods. Special diets, including vegetarian should be requested when booking a trip. We will strive to cater to all your requirements; however, at remote locations the possibility of your dietary requirements being met may be difficult. We pay extra attention to all health concerns including water purity, nutrition and prevention of altitude sickness.

Equipment

To insure a long relationship with our clients, we believe in quality service. We provide the most modern, lightweight equipment, specially designed for trekking and climbing. The tents we provide are roomy, the down sleeping bags and jackets are warm; the mattresses are comfortable; and all meet the international standard.

Accommodation

Tourism is one of the major industries in Nepal. We wish to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. There are many categories of hotels in Nepal (from no-star to five star hotels). We can arrange good and modern accommodations, which meet your wishes and economic considerations.

Transportation

We provide air conditioned or non- air conditioned car, bus, van, jeep, land cruiser and coaster according to your desire and requirements.
