Having come back home I already know that I want to go to Nepal again the next year, most likely in autumn, and hopefuy with some friends. Whenever it become possible, I'd prefer Rana Bikesh to be our guide rather than anyone else.

Trekked in Langtang area for 10 days, an excellent trip, Kundan was an excellent guide, tailoring the trip to our wishes and abilities always happy and good fun, we very much decided what we wanted to do and Kundan made it possible was excellent when I had knee pains and great fun in teahouses. Our porters Tilik and Harry where also excellent and very attentive and always on hand for us. I have trekked twice previously in Himalayas in large groups, without question I would use yourselves again over any large group, and wish I had found you in the past. Many thanks to all for a wonderful trip and superb organisation. All the booking and transport was equally efficient, even when our car broke down an alternative was swiftly found. Cant wait to return again one day.

Apologies re the delay in sending this email….wanted to pass on our sincere thanks to Unique Path Trekking for arranging and organizing our Everest Base Camp trek (17th – 30th September). It was definitely an experience and one that would not have been the same if it had not been for everyone concerned from Unique Path.

Can you please pass on a very special thanks to Ram who looked after both Steve and I so well. He went beyond his duties as a guide and gave us an insight into other aspects of life in the mountains and Nepal which helped us get a better appreciation for things and added another dimension to our trip. His experience and valuable advice in handling all kinds of situations like weather, health issues relating to altitude sickness and our general safety and well-being was greatly appreciated. Please pass on our regards to Ram and our best wishes to him, his wife and daughters – hope they are all well.

Also please ask Ram to pass on our hello and special thanks to Lokhinder – our porter. Again he went beyond his duties as a porter, and ensured that we were ok throughout our trip. Both Lokhinder and Ram helped make our trek what is was – a memorable experience which they will always be a part of.

I have attached a few pictures of our trek which I would greatly appreciate if you could show it to Ram and if possible print out a couple so he can give to Lokhinder when he sees him next.

It has been a week now since I have returned from my trek in Khumbu/Everest with my daughter, nephew and your excellent guide Sambu.
The more I reflect on the wonderful time we had, the more I realize how indebted we were to Sambu for his guidance, understanding, flexibility and professionalism, traits which do not always fit together in a single person. He always asked us what we waned and was almost always able to accomadate us, even when it meant a change of plans. Plus, he was magnificent in getting us down from Lukla to KTM when it looked as though we might otherwise have been stranded there for days. I will not hesitate to recommend him (and your company) to others.

time flies so fast. It has passed a month since we left Nepal, but we still talk a lot about it, and how we enjoyed our stay, thanks to you and your staff. The most memorable part was Annapurna circuit trek, the mountain scenery with the side trip to Tilicho lake and pass over Throng-la. It was just great! We also fondly remember our guide and porter, that made whole trek much more interesting and fun. So, thank you all, for our great time in Nepal.

Hari, I can truthfully say that I have had the best experience of my life with your tour company. We booked the EBC trek with a side trip to Island Peak and also the Chitwan Safari Park. When altitude sickness prevented us from trekking to Island Peak your company brought forward our trip to Chitwan and also advised us to visit Pokhara and organised everything in lieu of Island Peak. You took the worry away and replaced it with experienced and friendly staff who made our trip to your beautiful country one of our most memorable. We are coming back in the future. I would rate your company one of the best. Hari, these are our thoughts about our trip.

The guide and porter were absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The guide had so much knowledge and explained to us about the culture and history of Nepal as well as everything about the tour, from the animals and vegetation to the ways of the people and the sherpa life. Our accommodation was basic and the people who run the establishments were very friendly and helpful. The food was great, our favourite was Dahl baht and we now have that at home regularly. Our trip to Chitwan was again excellent. The tour on the elephant was really exciting and we spent a wonderful 3 days in the Safari Park. Seeing Rhino's in their natural habitat was really wonderful and the photos we took were amazing. Once again the guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. You run an excellent trip to Chitwan. My personal highlight was bathing with the elephants and seeing the baby elephants. Our trip to Pokhara was a lovely finish to our trip, we rowed around the lake, went cycling, walking, sightseeing and of course a little bit of shopping. We would love to trek the Annapurna next time. Thanks to Unique Trekking we have taken home with us absolutely wonderful memories and photos and feel like we really know and understand the various cultures of the Nepalese people. Thankyou for sharing your unique country with us.
