Bryant and I wanted to thank you again for the excellent services your company provided for us while we were in Nepal. Our EBC/Gokyo Lakes trek was the trip of our dreams. Special thanks to our guide, Shyam. He made the trip very special because of his thoughtfulness, sense of humor, and knowledge of the culture and environment. We will always remember our porter, Jeevan, also. Not only would he carry a heavy load with a big smile and happy spirit, but he would always be waiting at technically difficult areas to lend an extra hand or offering to carry my pack at the end of a long day.

We also were very pleased with all of the arrangements that you provided for all of our other activities while we were in Nepal. Our visit to Chitwan Park with private transportation and river side accommodations suited us perfectly. Our day of mountain biking with our guide was a fun way to see a different area of the Kathmandu valley. We appreciate how you handled all of our in country transportation so that our trip was relatively stress free.

We hope to return to Nepal very soon and we will definitely use Unique Path Trekking.

Our 21 day trek with Unique Path through the Annapurna Circuit was excellent, everything was well organized, and our questions were all answered both by email beforehand, and after arrival in Nepal. Our guide and porter, Shyam and Prim, were professional, knowledgeable and more importantly, FUN! We had a great time, were able to learn a lot about the local culture, nature and see many beautiful sights. After completing our trek, we also organized a 3 day trip to Chitwan National Park through Unique Path, and were very impressed with the quality of our hotel, guide and transportation there as well.

Overall, Unique Path is a great company with wonderful staff, and we would recommend them to anyone looking at travelling to Nepal!

Thank you very much for organising our Trekking Trip. Although the weather was pretty rainy for many Days, we did have a great time trekking through your Mountains. Everything was well organised and we will recommend your company to all our friends!

We liked it so much that we are already thinking about doing the Everest trail next time...in a year or two.

Last, we would like to let you know, how much we enjoyed the professional. Guide and Porter you assigned to do our Trip. Ram and Preem were outstanding!
They worked together as a team very well!

Especially Ram as our guide was always highly professional and never tired of making this trip as perfect as he could. We learned a lot about the locations and you country.

Ram has good English skills which made communication very easy.  This was very important to us!
Preem, our porter has a lovely nature and although he was doing a very hard job in carrying our heavy backpack, he always smiled and never complained.

On our next trip we want to go with Ram and Preem again! We arrived as guests and left as friends!

I have to start by apologizing for not contacting you sooner.

This is Eric of Eric, Graham and John who trekked to Annapurna base camp with Raj, Raju and Preem between April 25th and May 4th.

We had no idea when we started planning our trip about which company to use. Ten years ago we went with Samrat Travels and I contacted them again for this trip. They were much more expensive than Unique Path. Asking among friends who visit Nepal we were told that you get what you pay for by and large, so that did not take us any further forward. In the end it was more or less a shot in the dark, but you always replied promptly to emails and that made us think we would be alright. So the question is what do we think now, when we are safely back home and recovered from jet-lag and catching up with gardening and painting?

We think that we happened upon a superb company! We doubt if there is anyone better in the whole of Nepal! So it is an enormous grateful thank you from all of us for making our trip so enjoyable. When you consider all the problems we were faced with it seems quite amazing that we did everything we set out to do. We were delayed almost three days at the beginning when the ash cloud prevented us from flying for two days and then late arrival in Delhi meant almost a day in the transit lounge. When we finally reached Kathmandu you changed the schedule without fuss and we reached Annapurna base camp on April 30th as originally planned. We had no idea that a general strike was planned for the beginning of May and confused messages began to reach us suggesting that tourists were not affected. We fully expected there to be a minibus to meet us at Nayapul on May 4th. It was a bit of a shock to find that we would have to walk back to Pokhara, but walk back we did and walked to the plane the next day. John suffered some strain in his leg and ended up limping in pain. Despite the strike we still managed the mountain flight on the 6th and our visit to Bhaktapur in the afternoon, wonderful!

Thankfully our flight home went according to plan.
I will be meeting friends in our local mountaineering club tonight (Thursday) for the first time since our return and I will, without the slightest hesitation, tell them that if they intend to trek in Nepal they should contact Unique Path for the best service.

From our arrival at the airport where your sign was easy to spot we had clean new transport, careful drivers, nice accommodation at the Marshyangdi Hotel, careful planning to suit our wants, good service from our porters and our guide Raj and everything happened at the time given. It really could not have been better organized. Thank you all for everything you did.
