After breakfast, leave for Gangtey Gompa. The
drive goes over Dochula Pass (10,000ft / 3080m).
On a clear day, 200 miles of the Himalayan
ranges can be seen from the Pass.

Drive through the beautiful valleys of Paro and
Thimphu to the capital of Bhutan - Thimphu.

A day of acclimatization. Local sightseeing

A day of acclimatization. Visit Drugyel Dzong,
the ruin fortress that once defended the valley
from Tibetan invasions in the 17th century. On a

Gasa Hot Spring Trek- 15 Days
The drive to Tashithang takes five hours and
passes over Dochula Pass where one gets a
panoramic view of the Himalayas. Drive to
Punakha and visit Punakha Dzong. Drive to
Tashithang.
